Boy Meets Squirrel: Mandatory Paternity DNA Testing At Birth: Yes or No?
This week we're discussing a topic that is coming up more and more. Should states/countries require mandatory DNA testing of all babies to determine paternity of the child.
Currently about 30% of all Paternity tests come back showing the claimed father is not the actual biological father and recent studies show that as much as 12-15% of men are raising children that are not theirs.
