Outdoor dining - pan-seared duck breast
Nothing tastes better than food eaten outdoors! This time just a day trip to chill and enjoy some food in nature.
Duck fillet is very easy to prepare. It would be usually served with some orange pan sauce or other fruity addition. However, plain fillet saute also tastes great!
Obviously all followed by coffee!.
