Auckland Systema Marathon 2018.
In 2016 the Auckland Systema group organised a 12 hour day of outdoors Systema training. This year we repeated the concept with the added challenge of poor weather. half way through the day my turn to lead the class came up and my girlfriend recored parts of the 90 minute session. It was my first time teaching the Russian System and I guarantee it wont be the last.
