S4MP ~ Update: Lightning Effects

So you guys that watched my videos before knows that I lost my files and I got to restart the pack. I've done it before as you know but I thought it would be nice to share and say that no, I'm not stopped, I'm modding still. I'll try to port 8 gates guy but I don't promise any of those awesome effects that you saw on HyügaJounin's channel (I don't know how to port that), for the model, I'm also not using the original from S4, just a hair swap and recolor. Well, wish me luck and I hope I can make it.
