Why the narcissist wants to keep you stuck..the narcissist doesn’t want you living your best life. The narcissist is jealous and envious of you. The narcissist wanted you to be subservient to them. The narcissist wanted you thinking about them when you were in the relationship and post relationship. The narcissist knew they placed you in the trauma bond. The narcissist didn’t think people would break the trauma bond, but you have or you are about to do it. This is leaving the past in the past.. taking the lifelong learning lessons from the past and applying them to present day. This is when you are free from the toxic narcissistic person.
