•REVOLVEAIR SERVICE PROCEDURES
o Thorough inspection and functional check of the compressor to ensure proper operation to
include the drain system
o Pre-Service air-sample per NFPA 1989 standard
o Oil change with quality synthetic oil RevolveAir RS-800
o Clean and replace as needed the Oil / Water separators
o Replace the Purification cartridges and cartridge holder O-rings
o Inspect and clean and rebuild as necessary the auto-condensate system; the flow-fuse(s)
re-conditioned
o Install a new air intake filter
o Post-service air-sample per NFPA 1989 standard
o Calibrate the CO sensor if available
o Reset the controller service and maintenance reminders if required
