When you have a vision for your dream job you know exactly what you are looking for, if you do not then you are willing to take the bare minimum to make it by and in a few years, or less, you will be miserable. If you are unable to tell yourself what you want how can you convey it to your network or even someone you are interviewing with? You are just wishing and hoping as opposed to taking control!
