As for the video, I’ll give you some context. The main character (bro) in the video likes someone and wants to tell them, and once he does, his crush on the phone says yes. (KEEP IN MIND THAT HE SEPARATELY TALKS TO HIS SISTER ABOUT IT.) It’s kinda hard to see but that’s why he gets so happy throughout the rest of the vid.
