No sequencer was used for this, instead it is just playing 3 unsynced piano phrases of different lengths, allowing them to flow around each other creating new melodies each time. Each phrase was recorded using Native Instruments Una Corda onto tape and then onto the Digitakt and had its left and right side recorded onto 2 separate hard panned channels so that it could be played back in stereo. All 3 phrases were also slowed down to half speed to knock it down an octave. This is then going into Eventide's Blackhole and then into Chas Bliss Audio's Generation Loss MkII for that lofi goodness!
