HOW TO AD TEXT IN CATIA V5
It's way easier then you might have thought, start with a new drawing.
click on INSERT then ANNOTATIONS and choose TEXT.
Save that drawing as a "DXF", open up that dxf and copy all of the text and paste that into your part body.
