Feel free to leave a comment, preferably a constructive one, telling me what you liked or didnt like about the video or what you would have done diffrently in ordert o improve the video. I’ll be reading them all, when I come back in a few days and start the work on part 2 based on your feedback in the comments.

About Loose Ends:
This is the first montage in a while, in fact I think its been about one and a half years since „Distant Interception“.
And it's also the first proper video in months released on this channel. As you can tell by this beeing Part 1 of Loose Ends this part of a series I have planed to produce for this channel.
The idea of this video series is that I'm taking old clips which I recorded a long time ago and never used. As of now those clips were just taking up space on my harddrive and as I am sort of a completionist I have trouble moving on to newer and greater things, if I still have unfinished buissness, such as those clips that have just been lying around waiting to be edited. Basicly you could say this video series is about me tying up some „Loose Ends".
To give you some idea of the creation process of this video: For this video I had a total of 8 clips from Battlefield 3 available (7 of which made it into the final video), so not a particularly big selection. I decided to just roll with it and I’m pretty happy with the outcome given the limited amount of clips. I also for once set myself a timeframe of about a week to complete the video and I actually stuck with the plan for once.
Unlike most of my previous montages the majority of the video was edited in Premiere Pro and only very little in After Effects. While the possibilities for editing are endless in After Effects, which was the only program I used to make Overkill, Airborne, Survive and Psychotic, some things are extremly time intesive in After Effects while they can be achieved much faster in simpler programs such as Premiere Pro or Sony Vegas.
This video and any follow up parts may not quiet reach the quality as some of my previous work, but they are supposed to tie up those „Loose Ends“, while I’m trying to establish a better, faster editing workflow. Ultimativly enabling me to produce better content in a more rapid succession.
For the next video in the series I will most likely be using clips from Battlefield 4. This time the selection of clips is a lot bigger aswell, so the BF4 version of Loose Ends may be quiet a bit longer or be splint into several parts itself. I plan to do quiet a bit more advanced video effects with After Effects this time around, while keeping the main editing process withhin Premiere Pro.
Episode 2 is also be planed to be edited and released withhin about a week from release of episode 1. So there is a fair chance it’ll still be released in 2015.
Further down the line, there might also be videos in the series on Titanfall and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
The Titanfall version however will most likely have diffrent title all together as it will be the continuation of a unfinished project back from the time when the game was released.
For the CS:GO version, simular things apply as fort he BF4 version: possibly quiet a bit longer or split into several videos, as I have a vast amount of footage from the game stockpiled.
This is all for now. Have a Merry Christmas, Happy Hannuka (I hope I spelled that right ), or just Happy Hollidays, if you aren’t the religious type. :)
