Songs of Conquest - First Impressions - Episode 1 - Options, Gameplay
A spiritual successor to HoMM3? It's been a while, I know, but I'm pulling myself from the grave, heeding the Songs of Conquest, a new title by Lavapotion and Coffee Stain Publishing!
Here we have a turn-based strategy game, very similar to the Heroes of Might and Magic series, more specifically HoMM3. I've been waiting for this for quite a while, and I thought it might be nice to share it with you!
In this video, we'll explore the game's options and then start a campaign, and you'll start with me, as this is my very first experience with game and gameplay.
In gameplay, we'll cover overland and tactical battles in turn-based format, and, even in just this episode, I think, get a good feel for the game.
