Why DO BM HATE BW? Why do you ask?
Black women are asking "why do black men hate us?" which is very sad, to me. First, that women feel this way. How do we show the people that have been there for us (black women) that we love and appreciate them? To make sure they do not feel this way?
Unfortunately, Second, too many men are gleeful in providing answers to the question, thereby accepting the premise that-- they do in fact hate black women. The fact that they go further to explain why other races of women are "better" is merely an attempt to add insult to injury.
The question will not be met with thoughtfulness, people will not think about why the question is being asked and how to appropriately address the person asking. I see black men taking this as an opportunity to blame the ills in the black community on black women.
