Xbox Series S X Gameplay Capture Video & Audio Out Of Sync / DeSync Problem Solved / Fixed How To
If you find that the video gameplay you've recorded on your external drive, whether that be an SSD or HDD, the simple solution, that worked for me, was to turn off my Xbox Series S, unplug the power, and leave it all night (although ten minutes probably would have the same effect.)
