Synchronized Data Extension Filter using Flow Builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Cameron Robert shows how to use Flow Builder in Salesforce CRM to create a customer field that can be used as a Synchronized Data Extension filter for Marketing Cloud Connect.
The ability to use Formula Fields to filter Synchronized Data Extensions in Marketing Cloud was removed in the Winter 2023 release (October 2022). This video introduces concepts that can be used to create a new filter field.
Note that the concepts covered in this video may not suit all implementations. Consult with your Salesforce Architect before making Flows or custom fields on Salesforce objects.
