As both the UNSC and the Sangheili join forces, the UNSC fleet lead by Commander Miranda Keyes and the Sangheili fleet lead by Shipmaster Rtas 'Vadum prepare to engage Truth's fleet on the other side of the Portal, upon arrival both fleets orbit over a massive Forerunner structure known as 'The Ark'.
Sending down a forward team of ODSTs and Marines; we fight our way through the surface of The Ark in order to clear a landing zone for the Forward Unto Dawn to deliver reinforcements to embark on a full scale assault towards the location of the Cartographer.
