Brave Browser not loading websites but other programs on your computer are working fine? I had the same issue and found an easy solution!

-- SOLUTION --
Open Start Menu and search for "cmd". Run Command Prompt as an administrator, click yes if prompted. In the window that opens, type "sfc /scannow" and then press enter to run the command. Wait for the process to finish and then restart your computer.
