Launch the program. Insert a picture. This can be done by simply dragging any picture into the program window. You can also use the Insert button. Next, select Pictures. Choose the desired photo from your computer. Click Insert. Select the inserted picture. Go to the Format tab. Click the Crop button. Black handles will appear around the picture.
Use these handles to set the desired cropping area. Press Enter. You can also crop the picture to a shape. To do this, select the picture. Click the arrow located just below the Crop text. Then, select Crop to shape. From the list, select the shape you want to crop your picture to. These can be arrows, hearts, various geometric shapes, or even emojis.
You can also crop the picture to the desired proportions. To do this, select the photo and return to the Crop menu. Click the arrow. Next, select the aspect ratio option. Select the desired size and press Enter.
