This is the longest ranked matches ever on my channel and omg! There's a reason why! Pay attention to my LP at the start of this video. And then look at it when the video finished. You will see PROGRESS and GROWTH. It was looking bleak for me a few weeks ago when I was in danger in falling in rank. But I think I have hit my stride after a ton of training and perseverance. Do I expect you guys to watch this whole 35 minute video? Of course I dont. We all have lives. 35 minutes of our time could be used on watching other stuff. Or hell, these 35 minutes could be used on you yourself playing Street Fighter 6. Or any other game you like. Watch what you can please and I will appreciate it!
Ryu vs Jamie 0:00-2:38 I can't seem to grasp Jamie's offense. I dont know when its my turn to counter him. Kinda annoying.
Ryu vs Ryu 2:29-6:12 Long first round. I won this set and it was funny that we had a long 2nd fight but I won that one with him not winning a round.
Ryu vs Ryu 6:13-10:09 I have been losing to a lot of Ryu mirror matches lately. This was one of them. I thought it could have been mine but I missed a crucial level 1 Super in the 2nd round which turned the tide in the fight.
Ryu vs E. Honda 10:10-12:46 Some input issues here. Could be from lag. I won this set overall.
Ryu vs Marisa 12:47-15:09 Crazy comeback in the first round. It pissed off the Marisa player which lead to a quick 2nd round. Nail biting final round as well. I also won this set.
Ryu vs Ed 15:10-18:16 This was a thrilling 3 fight set but only uploading this one because of how it finished. I gambled in the final round doing the DR full meter CA which put me in Burnout. The Ed player went aggressive after and it made a difference to win the set.
Ryu vs M.Bison 18:17-21:07 I had some input issues here trying to do Drive Rush and not Drive Impact. Thats why the 2nd round was too close. Thats why I couldn't afford for the final round to be close. I won this set.
Ryu vs Manon 21:08-24:11 Always reminding myself to keep my distance from Manon. I went for the DR full meter CA in the 2nd round to try to end the fight but the Manon player did not give up. That lead a close final round. I won this set overall.
Ryu vs Akuma 24:12-27:41 One of my favorite fights from this batch. I struggle against Akuma players. No lies. However, I noticed that this one liked to use the air fireball a lot. I knew I had to counter that with an anti-air or DI eventually. Which is what you will see in the final round where I finally got him. I won this set.
Ryu vs Zangief 27:42-30:10 I won this fight. However, the Zangief player adjusted and won this set. Only uploaded this fight because of the win.
Ryu vs Rashid 30:11-32:30 Nothing major here. I won this set in two fights and only uploaded this one. The more I fight against Rashid, the more I am used to their tactics.
Ryu vs Akuma 32:31-35:42 This Akuma player was not like the one seen in this video earlier. I had to stick my fundamentals and find spots to get my hits in. He did not do the Air fireball a lot. I was still on the lookout to anti air though. And the final round was when that happened. It looked like I was going to lose the final round but I stayed patient. That kick into the corner into Hurricane Kick just turned it around for me. He could have countered my DI attempt and he would have won it though. Crazy finish. I also won this set overall too
