A quick video demonstrating my Yaesu ham radios. Just sold the FT-252 VHF last week so down to just the VX-7R and the FT-817ND. By the way ND stands for Normally Dead as the Yaesu battery pack is absolutely rubbish. I also had a brief 6 months living with an FT-60E before upgrading. I love these 2 and usually carry the VX-7R wherever I go in the backpack. A successful contact with Ivor M6ITV on 2m simplex over a 2 mile range. Shame I couldn't use the Wonder Wand widebander antenna this time so subscribe for more uploads.
