Jens "The Beast" Dalsgaard is a coach / personal trainer that has a really inspiring story and a crazy physique. When he was 10 years old, his mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. He lost her when he was 24 and that's when it all began. He lost control of his life and got involved in gang-related crimes. He then was incarcerated with two prison sentences of a total of nearly 5 years. During his second sentence, he was attending therapy, which transformed his mindset for the better. Upon his release he started to change his life around by focusing on bodybuilding. He founded his own online coaching company called State of Mind: Fitness and Bodybuilding, which focuses on nutrition, fitness and bodybuilding.
