HU TAO BEST ARTIFACTS? Does the set matter? | Genshin Impact
Hello Everyone! In today's video, we are looking at various artifact sets that I've farmed over the course of a year, and seeing if substats can't outdo set bonuses.
TLDR: IMO if you're substats are god-tier for either 2CW-2TM or 2CW-2WT, then you should run that until you can fully convert to CW. This video was looking at the highest damage and didn't even factor in that some sets had higher CR values, which would give higher avg DPS.
