Baltasar Engonga has been dismissed from his role as Director General of Equatorial Guinea's National Financial Investigation Agency, following revelations that he recorded over 300 explicit videos involving married women. Zenón Obiang has taken over the position. In response to the scandal, Equatorial Guinea's Senate passed new legislation to regulate public officials' conduct and social media use.
