Deltarune Chapter 2 Spamton NEO Boss Battle - Normal Run
To unlock this boss you need to retrieve the empty disk from the basement of the Queen's Mansion. If you then give the disk to your good buddy Spamton, he will overwrite the contents of the disk and ask you to return it to the strange looking machine in the wall. When you bring it back, the fight will trigger.I was doing a Pacifist run, but I doubt it has much of an impact to how things play out.
Looks like he couldn't get rid of his strings after all. Guess we know what happened to Mettaton Neo in this universe. Hope you enjoy!

If you have already beaten the game, it is possible to return to the Dark World by editing your save file.
1. Go to %appdata% (use the Run command on Windows and search "%appdata%")
2. Go back a level and enter the local folder
3. Open deltarune
4. Find filech2_0 and open it
5. Go to line 3054 (the second to last line in the file) and change it to 166
6. Save the file and open Deltarune and you should be back in the Mansion.
