An Unusual Way to Prove Napoleon's Theorem

There are many videos on the internet about Napoleon's Theorem, but this one explains it the MathyJaphy way, which I like to think is unique. A viewer asked whether a vector-based proof, similar to the one seen in my video on Van Aubel's Theorem, existed for Napoleon's. They're very similar, so I accepted the challenge to figure one out and present it.

Napoleon's Theorem is named for Napoleon Bonaparte, who was a big fan of mathematics, and geometry in particular. He corresponded and met with the great French mathematicians of his day, Laplace and Legrange. He did a lot for the state of education in France during his reign, including boosting the literacy rate. Nevertheless, it is not clear whether he had anything to do with the theorem that is now named after him.

Dang it, I misspelled Petr-Douglas-Neumann in the video. How could I be so careless?
