Sundew & Butterwort Terrarium Setup!
In this video, I’ll be showing you guys how I have my small collection of sundews and pinguicula (and few cephalotus Australian pitcher plants) thriving under a setup that literally took me months to figure out. I’ve had several sundews and pinguicula that have died on me throughout that experimenting phase. I’m a rookie learning as I go, and will take advice from any of you that have feedback for me. They can thrive and can do well for beginner growers if they are provided with proper conditions. Temperature, lighting and humidity play the biggest role in keeping these sticky plants alive and healthy! Purchased majority of my pings from Cascade Carnivores (a very trusted carnivorous plant online seller). They are all currently growing in a mondi humidity dome and tray with an aquarium air pump line that runs through the inside to keep airflow moving. I also have a vapor line connected to the dome to keep the humidity up. Such an awesome little ecosystem, very easy setup.
