This device is your solution, allowing you to receive corrections straight from sky. It uses the PointPerfect augmentation service by u-blox, offering reliable satellite correction data across Europe, Continental North America, and Brasil. To see the current coverage, check the L-band PointPerfect coverage map, as it is continually expanding.
Traditionally, such precise services were only feasible for large corporations with numerous fleet of RTK receivers. But now, with the RTCM Box, you can access this reliable correction data starting at $35 per month for unlimited use even if you own only 1 receiver.
The PointPerfect service is broadcasted in a proprietary protocol, not directly usable by most receivers. That's why we designed the RTCM Box to convert these signals into the universal RTCM format, making it compatible with any RTK receiver from any brand.
Key features of the board include:
RS232 for outputting correction data in RTCM format
RF Input and RF Output for signal reception and transmission
Mini USB for security key updates, firmware upgrades, baud rate changes, or powering the device
A 5-30V DC input for easy power connectivity using a standard barrel jack.
