VA Disability Increase | Pact Act Presumptive Conditions
In order to obtained VA compensation for PACT Act you need to be able to show you have a diagnosis, service in exposed areas (i.e. deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, U.A.E and various other areas identified) and the onset of symptoms from Active duty service. If you believe you have a disability related to your military service that has been unexplained for years following your deployment to these areas, get evaluated and put in your VA benefits claim.
The PACT Act is a new law that expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. Veterans can file disability claims to receive compensation or pension for the injuries the incurred due to their toxic exposure. Currently, there is a back log of VA Claims due to the overwhelming amount of claims being submitted by veterans. there's currently 346,000 pending Pact Act related claims and 650,000 non-Pact act related claims (normal disability).
