Heart-Shaped Sponge Cake Recipe:
Ingredients:
1-2 cups of flour
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of buttermilk
Chocolate (amount to taste)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Beat the 3 eggs until a foamy texture forms.
3. Add 1 cup of sugar to the eggs and mix well.
4. Pour 1 cup of oil into the mixture and stir.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
6. Gradually add 1-2 cups of flour and a pinch of salt to the mixture, combining thoroughly.
7. Mix in 1/4 cup of buttermilk.
8. Fold in the chocolate.
9. Pour the batter into a heart-shaped cake pan.
10. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
11. Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy!
