TLDR: I'm excited about this slayer. Character is incomplete. Build guide coming within a day or two.
I apologize for the lack of information in this video but I want to polish this character just a little more before I release anything substantial.
I mostly wanted to upload this because I was excited to be able to face-tank Izaro and Argus with a level 70 on a 25 chaos budget.
Hopefully you guys don't get too disappointed, because in a day or two I will be able to release a full video on this character and its inner workings.
