Whatsapp chats backup is stored in google drive and i cloud.
you can simply login to google drive or icloud app and delete your whatsapp backup from there.
Whatsapp chats are end to end encrypted but the backup stored on google drive is not encrypted and can be accessed by third party.
you can delete it using the method i have shown in the video.
