Eve Arnold Photographer
Eve Arnold, was an American photojournalist. She joined Magnum Photos agency in 1951, and became a full member in 1957. She was the first woman to join the agency. Rejected as a Vietnam war photographer, she found photographing South African Shantytowns also critiqued and drew awareness to the injustices in the world.
