Starting Equipment - Sell all equipment the map gives you. Then you must purchase the specific tractor, trailer, and shed in episode one set up(link to episode one is below).

Goals:
To build a successful small farm on one tile in Calm Lands
To pay off the $500k loan
Earn $1,000,000
Not allowed to sell your starting tractor and trailer
Although optional, I am not going to sell starting barn (however we may move it elsewhere on the plot later on)
