This is the video about how to change resolution of a image in windows 10. So to change resolution you follow this steps below:-
open an image with Ms paint
Now after that go to home tab & then click on resize.
after click on resize you should see the ge & pixel.
Now select the pixel & enter the rosolution you want to set on image.
click ok & save the image.
