How to upgrade an Umbraco installation on Azure via DevOps.

I will produce a Part 2 of this video - to show what happens when I choose "Yes" to replace the config files during an upgrade. I have another DevOps website named niequestions.com that I will perform the exact same upgrade but choose to update the config files when prompted.
