A junior college student Joni Low dreams of being a singer on the big stage and one day to even achieve its highest honour of being chosen to sing the yearly national day song. There is just one problem, she is tone deaf and can’t sing to save her life. One late night, a Fairy God Makcik appears to her and grants her 3 wishes. She decides to cash in her first wish upon meeting her Fairy God Makcik and wishes to become a great singer. As her life takes a new turn, she faces fame, school and stardom head on and also the dilemma of her 2 other wishes. Feature a medley of reimagined National Day Songs highlighting the melodies and sounds of this beautiful little island.
