(How to Drink Water)
♡ In cases of edema, for surgical patients, or for those who are extremely frail, please drink water in small amounts throughout the day and carefully regulate your water intake.
1. It is beneficial for your health to drink about 8 to 10 cups of water throughout the day, adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
2. One cup of water is based on 200 ml, and the amount of salt in one cup is approximately 2 cube-shaped granules of sea salt.
3. It is good to drink two cups on an empty stomach upon waking in the morning.
4. Do not drink water within one hour before or after meals.
5. Drink two cups of water in 3 to 4 moderate portions between meals.
6. The total daily water intake is approximately 2 liters, and the amount of salt is about 3 g (1/2 teaspoon). 7. Please be careful not to make the salt concentration too salty. A concentration of about 2 grains of salt per 200ml of water results in a slightly sweet taste with almost no salty flavor.
8. You may use sun-dried salt from which the brine has been removed.
