As Told by Ginger May Have Predicted Wolf (2021)
A couple of weeks ago, my mom was watching a 2021 arthouse film on Netflix titled "Wolf", something about mental patients who believe they're different animals. One of the patients believed she was a parrot, which made me remember about that one crazy bird girl from "As Told by Ginger", Polly Schruster. I know I said in my old review of "Wicked Game" that Carl's subplot is less interesting to talk about than the otherwise more infuriating main plot, but upon rewatching this particular scene with him and Polly, I gotta say it's one of the episode's few saving graces.
