Not responsable if you mess something up bla bla bla, this will take a slight hit on battery time bla bla bla, you have to know what you do bla bla bla ;)
HOW TO:
In desktop mode:
Set up your sudo password if you haven't already
In Konsole, run "sudo steamos-readonly disable"
Navigate to /bin/gamescope-session and find line "STEAM_DISPLAY_REFRESH_LIMITS=40,60" and just change 60 to 70, and save
Back in Konsole, run "sudo steamos-readonly enable"
