Hurt - Johnny Cash, covered by Martin Kersten
"Hurt' was the last single Johnny Cash released when he was still alive. That was in 2002 on his album 'American 4: The Man Comes Around.'
But he didn't write the song, it was written by Trent Reznor and first released on 'Nine Inch Nail's 1994 album 'The Downward Spiral.'
However, Reznor praised Cash's interpretation of the song for its "sincerity and meaning", going so far as to say "that the song isn't mine anymore."
