This is a quick demonstration of how to pipe different types of buttercream succulents ♥
And the cool thing about them - they are vegan (have to be, it's cacti right?)
I used:
3 and 1/2 cups of powerered sugar (420g)
1 cup of vegan butter (225g) - the one I used is a mixture of margarine and shortening
and some vanilla extract
