DHCP FAILOVER - HOT STANDBY
Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol is used to distribute IP Address from DHCP Server to Client machines with logical port number 67 (Server) and 68 (Client). Failover configuration is used for Load Balancing and Hot Standby Mode configuration between multiple DHCP Servers. If one server goes down still another server will provide IP Address to the Clients. Her we have configured in this video HOT Standby Mode Configuration between two DHCP Servers.
