This month Charlotte provides alternatives to Chinese Silvergrass (Miscanthus sinensis), which is listed as an invasive species in the southeast. Suggested alternatives include Switch Grass (Panicum virgatum) and Pink Muhly Grass (Muhlenbergia capillaris).
