So, earlier today we had our first Nintendo Direct of 2020, which was dedicated to Pokemon. Two Major announcements were made considering upcoming Pokemon content. The first which is something I'm personally really jazzed about, is the announcement of the first ever remake for a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game, titles Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX, which will be a remake of the first Mystery Dungeon games, Pokemon Red Rescue and Blue Rescue Teams. The game is slated for this March, and I can assure you, I will be covering it!
A demo for the game has also been released, and I will be showcasing that today as well!
Secondly, which I'm probably even more excited for, is the announcement of the new Pokemon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass, which will add two brand new adventures to the game, that will be extensions of the main adventure. They will be called Isle of Armor, and the Crown Tundra. The former will be release June 30, 2020, and the latter on November 30, 2020. Both expansions will be available for each version of them game on the date of their release, and will include new characters, new Pokemon, and returning Pokemon as well as new Gigantamax forms for the Starters, and even more!. Each games expansion will have version exclusive Pokemon and characters.
