The reasons for this are:
High-spec professional equipment, yet very affordable
Low-cost lenses thanks to the EF system, making it easy to perfect photographic expression
However, it's important to note that if you're only using a camera for fun,
RF equipment is more in line with the times and is a better choice.
Personally, I have a lot of sentimental attachment to the 5D Mark 4 and it's one of my favorite cameras, so I'm sad to see the number of 5D Mark 4 users decrease...
