Ground Meat and Daikon
Ingredients
1/2 daikon
200g ground meat
600ml consommé soup
4TBS sake
4TBS mirin
2TBS honey or sugar
2TBS soy sauce
2TBS water and cornstarch
Notes Cut the daikon. In a bowl put some water and the daikon. Cover with Saran wrap and microwave for 10 minutes at 600W. In a pan put the soup. Cook the meat. Add the sake, mirin, sugar and soy sauce. Add the daikon. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cornstarch. Enjoy!
