Earth Month Ausable River Clean-Up
On April 24, 2021 The Ausable River Association and the Rotary Club of the Au Sable Valley, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Lake Placid, One Tree Planted, Lake Champlain Chapter of Trout Unlimited, and Adirondack Riverwalking, teamed up with over 100 volunteers to clean-up the roadside along the West and East Branch Ausable River. They removed over 2,000 pounds (one whole ton) of trash, and left behind a cleaner, healthier Ausable River watershed.
