Today we are talking about My Client Workflow from when a client contacts me until when they book me. I am considering this "Part 1".
I wanted to break up my process a little bit because honestly, for wedding photographers and all wedding vendors, the client "experience" is generally pretty long. We could be working with a client for months or even years!
From emails to call, meetings to following up, I shared with you everything that I do from start to finish on my "normal customer interactions". There can always be exceptions to the rules but this is usually what I do with every potential client.
