SWEET NO-BAKE OAT BALLS
Of course, this isn't a healthy option! Whether you make these sweet balls or not is entirely up to you. But I saw this recipe and, of course, couldn't resist. It turned out to be a very interesting dessert! If you don't dip them in chocolate, they're surprisingly just the right amount of sweet. With chocolate, of course, it's a whole different story.
📌 WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
✔️Quick-cooking oatmeal
✔️Condensed milk
✔️Chocolate
🍽️ HOW TO COOK:
Fry the oatmeal in a dry frying pan until lightly browned and crispy.
Let the oats cool slightly and add boiled condensed milk (in a 1:1 ratio). Mix thoroughly.
Mold small balls and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler, then dip some of the balls into it. You can dip them completely, just halfway, or skip this step entirely. I used both methods.
Now put the balls in a cool place (not the freezer!) to allow the chocolate to set, then enjoy your tea. Store the balls in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
Enjoy! ♥️
