When Sun Wukong was trapped under the Five Fingers Mountain for four hundred years, he was saved by Ayi by chance. Ayi's parents were killed by the Dragon Prince, and she wanted Sun Wukong to take her to the Heavenly Palace to complain. The Dragon Prince learned that Sun Wukong had escaped from the Five Fingers Mountain and was ready to avenge the destruction of the Dragon Palace in the East China Sea. He used Sun Wukong's good brother, the Dragon Demon King, to assassinate him. Although Sun Wukong's magic power was sealed by Tathagata, the Dragon Demon King still failed to assassinate him. But he brought Ayi back. In order to save Ayi, Sun Wukong fought to the Dragon Palace. Sun Wukong and the Dragon Prince fought from the sea to the South Heaven Gate. Sun Wukong was finally influenced by Ayi and returned to the Five Fingers Mountain to continue practicing, waiting for the destined person.
